About RERA in Uttrakhand
Uttarakhand government has also notified RERA rules and specified forms for RERA registration. Until separate RERA Authority is notified the Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development will be the prescribed Authority for RERA. Registration in Uttarakhand will start soon.
