As per the data obtained from MahaRera authority new projects in Pune district have seen downfall. The district had seen registration of 3,550 projects in October, 3,717 in November and 3,843 in December.

The buyers in Gurugram are not happy with the Haryana RERA Authority as the result might not be in their favour. Buyers have filed a Writ Petition in Punjab & Haryana High Court as they want judicial remedies.

Punjab RERA some sections of the Act were enforced with effect from 1st May 2016 although it came completely into force from 1st of May 2017, Chairman of the Punjab RERA is IAS Sh. N.S. Kang.
