In the recent years, Bihar has shown valuable development in the real estate sector. It has not only allured developers for further development but also the buyers to invest in the real estate.
In the interest of this, many transactions took place inside the State in real estate sector that it has somehow choked the buyers.
Ample grievances have come into the light through news and media where builders have turned fraudsters. Builders have been delaying the projects intentionally or unintentionally, delay in possession, false commitments etc.
RERA which was inclined to work for the protection of the interest of homebuyers was lagging behind in providing justice to homebuyers. But it has now prepared a proper redressal system to aid the rights of homebuyers.
