Attention stakeholders who filed MGT-07/20B but the same has not been taken on records due to non-submission/ non-uploading of CD. An individual email notice to all such companies has already been sent with SRN and company name. Now, a new improved facility has been introduced which allows uploading the same details in an excel sheet through FO service- “https://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/uploadDetailsOfSH.do”.

Such companies are requested to upload the data in excel sheet by 07th November 2016, failing which the SRN will be marked as rejected without any further notice and the company will be treated as having defaulted in filing form MGT-7/20B within the stipulated time period.
