A decision to make women feel secure in office premises, has been taken by Maneka Gandhi by launching a fight agaqinst sex abuse in office. The ministry of women and child development has decided to establish a secure electronic platform to enable women employees to file complaints against sexual harassment at workplace. This is seen as a transparent system which will ensure monitoring of the redressal.
