MCA has notified that Form MGT – 7 (Annual Return) and Form GNL-4 (Form for filing addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness) are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 3rd November, 2016. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.
