Additional fees payable by the companies having registered offices in the State of Jammu & Kashmir on e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 CFS and MGT-7 has been waived till 31st Dec 2016 vide general circular no. 14/2016 dated 07/12/2016. Stakeholders may take note of the same and plan accordingly.
