The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has modified the e-Forms MGT-15, FC-3, INC-4, MGT-14, 23C, 23D, A-XBRL, I-XBRL, 23AC XBRL, 23ACA XBRL and AOC-4 XBRL. The new version of the said e-Forms is available w.e.f. 8th October, 2016 and 5th October, 2016. Only new version of e-forms will be acceptable.
