We take our professional fees based on our time and professional advice. It can be mixed with outcome basis.
- Buyout of Debtors
This is one of the methods where we become the purchaser of the debt of the target company at a rate which suit both the parties mutually and therefore the target company’s debt is recovered instantly and their debt becomes the debt of the purchasing company. The gain is mutual and the target company is free of the hassles caused to them due to their defaulting debtors.
