Haryana Cabinet has validated Haryana RERA Rules, making Haryana 23rd State has notified the RERA Rules.
In this context, the Haryana RERA issued show-cause notices to 10 developers on Friday for advertising their projects without getting registered under the Haryana Real Estate Regulation Act (H-RERA).
The first set of regulation in real estate industry has become reality now. The “Real Estate (Regulatory & Development) Act, 2016 has commenced from 01/05/2017.
As per central government recent press release, it is clarified that no developers shall be allowed to market their projects without getting registration under Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
As per the information, The draft rules of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-RERA) are set to come into effect from July 1. The town and country planning (TCP) department will soon submit a report on the draft rules to the government for them to be notified.
As you would be aware that The Real Estate (Regulations & Development) Act, 2016 (REDA) has commenced from 1st May 2017.
The State of Haryana on 28/4/2017 has issued draft set of rules for public opinion and suggestion. After 15 days, the Haryana Government shall prepare the final RERA rules after considering the public suggestions and opinions.
The fees to be paid by the promoter/builder in case of registration of the Real Estate project with the RERA Authority which is a mandate under Section-3 of the Act.
