The authority held that the complainant can get the possession of the property after paying the remaining amount to the respondent and directed the respondent to give possession of the property within a month. Also, if the complainant is unwilling to take possession of the property, he is entitled to refund of the amount paid by him without any interest within 45 days of receiving the order.
