About RERA in Bihar
The Bihar Government has also notified its first set of rules under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 for public consideration. Until separate RERA Authority is notified the Bihar Housing and Urban Development will be the prescribed Authority for RERA. Soon the Authority will start registration of projects and agents within the state.
