Land authority in Delhi comes under Union Central Government. Complying the section 84 of RERA Act, 2016, the Ministry of Urban Development has notified RERA rules for Delhi its notification dated 24/11/2017. The RERA authority in Delhi has been constituted. The RERA registration for developers and Agents in Delhi has been started.
