Haryana RERA, Gurugram took some important decisions with respect to the sale of apartments on the basis of carpet area and not super area. It’s a usual real estate practice followed by the developers to cheat homebuyers by selling the units on the basis of super area. Let’s first talk about carpet area and super area.

Completion Certificate contains all the important information about the project including location, details of developer/agents, material used for construction and whether the project has been built in accordance with the building plans or not.

UP RERA recently passed an order making it mandatory for all the developers to mention the Registration number in the advertisement along with a link to RERA website.
