He has versatile experience in RERA and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). He has been appointed as IRP by NCLT in many cases and handled the cases in almost every State Authority UP, Haryana, Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat, Uttrakhand, Karnataka and other appellate authority.
He is having vast experience and specialize in (i) Real Estate Litigation specially RERA (ii) Tax advisory and litigation, (iii) Startup advisory (iv) Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, (v) Auditing & Accounting, and (vi) Corporate Laws. He has handled many cases, disputes and tax planning with some big corporate.
