The state of Uttar Pradesh has brought a sigh of relief for the aggrieved homebuyers of Noida by formulating a RERA bench at Noida. In its first meeting which took place on 16th of August the full bench of UP-RERA sat wherein the newly appointed Chairman Rajive kumar was also present. The bench in its first face to face meet met a group of 56 aggrieved homebuyers representing 10 different associations. The meeting took place at the Noida Authority’s sector-6 office. From 4th September, the bench will become operational and will hear complaint four times a week i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
