The government of Karnataka has prescribed RERA Rules and RERA authority vide its notification dated 10/07/2017, which would be applicable in the State of Karnataka. Along-with final RERA Rules, RERA Authority in Karnataka has also been constituted. Now the RERA registration for real estate project, promoter and agent has been started.
