Now agents and developers can file their complaint on RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act) website directly. The website with its new feature have gone live and new online portal has been launched by the Delhi government for registration and filing complaints under RERA. The website has complaint registration section also where the homebuyers can file their complaints.
Now, Delhi RERA website has published list of approved real estate projects and with the complete details of developers and agents. Currently only two projects have been approved by the authority also website has published list of approved projects, developers and agents and their complete details.
RERA certificates has been received by five agents individual and company. IAF Officer Mr. Udai Pratap Singh is the interim regulator. The office is located at 14th Floor, Vikas Minar, ITO.
