In the chairmanship of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, on Wednesday, the 33rd meeting of the GST Council was held through video conferencing. In this meeting, Mr. Jaitley told that the last date for filling GSTR 3B form was extended by two days i.e. 22/02/2019.

The due date for filing GSTR-3B for January-19  is today i.e. 20th Feb-19. However, the official portal of the site was down (may be due to heavy traffic).
However the due date for filing GTR-3B for Jan-19 extended up to 22nd February 2019 for whole India except J&K. For J&K it has been extended upto 28th of Feb-19 by the Central Government. The notification for the same expected soon.
