Jaypee infra set one’s sight on delivering its 5,100 flats and apartments by March 2018 from the ongoing tussle with homebuyers and lenders.

Till now, occupation certificate (OC) has been applied with Noida Authority by the company for 600 units and another 4,500 units are in the process.

The Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) has overseen and approved the construction.

The proposed deliveries include units sold by both Jaiprakash Associates and Jaypee Infratech. Of the total units, Jaiprakash Associates had sold 4,000 units, while the rest were sold through Jaypee Infratech.
