Haryana government has set up a panel to head the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA) in Gurugram and Panchkula. Soon the panel will be in function properly.

Town and Country Planning Department in Haryana Government vides its notification dated 25/11/2017 stating that Additional chief secretary (education) KK Khandelwal will head the Haryana RERA Authority Gurgaon bench, while additional chief secretary (health) Rajan Gupta will head Panchkula bench, which will deal with Rera cases of the rest of Haryana.

As per the notification, the tenure for the Chairpersons to head RERA is for a period of 5 years.
