AHMEDABAD: Happening for the first time in Ahmedabad exclusively of RERA registered projects, The Times Real Estate Expo kick starts on Saturday at The Grand Bhagwati (Memories Hall) on S G Highway. The two-day expo, where one can find and think of investing in your dream property, is being held on December 16 and 17 from 10am to 7pm.

Hosted by The Times of India, The Times Real Estate Expo is going to focus only on RERA registered projects and brings together all facets of real estate and property under one roof. The exhibitors comprises of premium residential projects and commercial projects – including exquisite villas, state-of-the-art business centers and financial institutions.

The expo is one of its kind and the first exhibition highlighting projects registered under RERA. The projects include budget homes, high-end apartments, villas, bungalows, row houses and non-agricultural plots on display. Depending on their lifestyle, prospective buyers have an array of options to choose from.

Put on display will be projects, which have been cleared by RERA authorities for end use and investments. The expo will also help clear a lot confusion pertaining to RERA and also provide a platform where buyers can safely seek to invest in a property of their choice. One will be able to explore possibilities in the new scenario after the implementation of RERA.
