Crime branch team on Sunday has arrested the senior vice president of Earth Iconic Infrastructure Private Limited. The accused has been involved in fraud against the home-buyers of Earth Titanium Project, Greater Noida.

The allegations were made by the home-buyers of the said project that the flats were sold to them on the false promises of assured return. The charges under section 420,406, 463, 468, 471, 504,506 and 120 B for cheating, criminal, breach of trust, forgery, forgery for the purpose of cheating, using a forged document, criminal intimidation and criminal conspiracy.

The directors of the Earth Iconic Infrastructure Limited are also currently in Tihar Jail for different cases of fraud against the Company.
