Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) is keeping a backup team ready for any kind of technical issues and staff members have been asked for extended office hours to take care of the eleventh-hour flow of updates. As 90 days window is under the nose for RERA Filing, MAHA RERA has received 3,256 applications from developers and 5,842 applications from real estate agents.
Builders are on their feet to get themselves register under the RERA Act, still, there are talukas that have not even registered their logins ahead of the registration process. The State authority reminded the builders that in the case of failure of registration strict action will be taken against them. With respect to the same, just about 8,427 developers have registered with their user ID’s and the same amount of registrations are expected until July 31, 2017.
Due to eleventh-hour rush maximal registration is expected, staff members of MAHA RERA Authority have been asked to work an extra hour in the morning and evening for the next three days to avoid any inconvenience or queries during the process.
Maharashtra CREDAI President said that they have been coaxing the developers to get register themselves under RERA Rules and developers are responding to them positively and expecting a better course in next three days.
